Sadly, there will be no garden this year

I'm sorry Sara. I know you were looking forward to hearing about what I have growing in my garden this year. At the moment, there is nothing more than weeds. (Big ones, too.) But I have no plans to put in any vegetables this year. I didn't feel up to the work involved, at least not at this time.

I have been out enjoying this glorious weather we are having though! We got the pool up early this year and I've been spending much time out there. "The pool" is not at all as grand as it sounds...it is one of those blue ones that you have to take down each year - but it does the trick when it's hot!

Anyways, that's where I've been the last couple of days - working on my tan, lol!

Did I forget to mention there's a baby bunny living in the rhubarb patch in our backyard?

We have a "big pool", and every year I think about how much easier you blue pool people have it. :-) No fighting to het your chemicals right after you awaken your pool from it's long winter slumber. No endless vacuuming because your winter cover got a hole in it. No hurrying to close the pool before the cold weather sets in. And they really do "do the trick" when it is hot outside. The best of both worlds! :-)
