Home for the holidays

Or I guess it would be more accurate to say quarantined for the holidays.

Yes, the flu has made it's appearance in our home. Alli came down with it on Saturday and each day thereafter another one of us has succumbed to it. This is the first day since Christmas that I have felt almost human again.

I also wanted to let you know that my Oma had her surgery. She is recovering well from the surgery itself, but it does not look like the procedure has helped her feet. She may not lose her feet (ie. have to have them removed) but she will almost certainly lose the use of them. Still, I am praying for the best possible outcome.

Hope you all had a good Christmas. I am going back to bed!
