Kinda cool
I just noticed...my last post was my 200th on this blog. How neat that it was for Easter. Something else I thought was neat is this quote:
We are an Easter people, and alleluia is our song. - St. Augustine
Can I get an amen?

Amen, and congrats on your 200th post my friend.
AMEN!!! That is cool. I think I am nearing the 200th also. I am going to run over there and find out!
AMEN!!!
Amen!!!
Congrats on your 200th post!
Amen, ya closet Pentecostal you! *wink* And, congrats!
Hey...congrats on the 200th post!
About your comments on my blog...my husband was a loyal "issues" listener and was upset about the canceling of his favorite show. Don't understand why it was canceled. Yes, there are conflicts in the LCMS, simply because we are human...sinful humans. There will never be a perfect church this side of heaven. The conflict is sad to see, but I don't think it is a serious as splitting...at least not at this point. Your prayers are appreciated, though!
If you have any more questions, shoot them on over. I may not have the answers, but I can always ask my hubby!
Easter blessings to you, my friend.
Andie
Andie: Well, that's good to hear. Some of the comments I read sounded so dire, like the synod is going to split at any time. I guess people get passionate about stuff. On the positive side, the archives of Issues are still available for download, but yeah, I'll miss it too.
Very very cool indeed! Hope that you had a wonderful Easter! On the topic of Easter, my daughter looked at the calendar that we have hanging on our wall and she said "Mommy, how come they have Easter Monday in Canada instead of Easter Sunday?" I am very embarassed to admit that this kinda stumped me. I haven't had the chance to google it yet, but I was hoping that some kind Neighbors to the North might have a more authentic answer to my daughter's question. Do I sound like a total dork now for having to ask that question?? :)
Amen! :)
Love you, girl! :)
