I would like another vacation now please
Went back to work today. Piles of stuff on my desk needing my attention. 135 emails to wade through - none of them were spam mind you - and they all need some kind of action or response. I was in meetings for much of the day so when I left for the day I actually had MORE work than when I started. Thankfully there were only 2 voicemails waiting and neither needed a response. Thank you for that Jesus - and I mean that with sincerity.
I am trying to be thankful for the all the other stuff, see it as blessings, you know? I AM thankful I have honest work to do, that I am healthy enough to perform the work, that my boss and all my co-workers are Christians and so it is a very nice environment to work in. Not everybody has that. But it was a bit overwhelming to come back to.
And I am now very tired.
So I will be going to bed and catching up on your blogs tomorrow.

Yikes!! Guess it's true when they say that you always need a vacation after your vacation. I'm sure that you'll get caught up soon. Hope you get lots of rest! :)
