A little "truth in advertising"
Thank you for your kind comments about my living room/dining room. I'm pleased with how they turned out.
Yes, it is true that I DESPISE clutter but I hope you don't get the mistaken impression that my whole house is as tidy and clutter-free as those two rooms. Those are the front rooms of our house and are hardly ever used so it's not that hard to keep them presentable. I like to keep the front rooms, kitchen and main bathroom "company ready" but the other areas of my house have a more *ahem* lived-in look.
So I think it's only fair that you get a peek at what the worst area of my house looks like too. Ladies, I give you the disaster area that is know as MY GARAGE:
I'm thinking of erecting a sign that says "Enter at your own peril".

I agree with Denise, we all have that one place that is a disaster! Mine is the back porch and my son's room!!

Our spare room looks similar. I'll have to post that one (if I have the nerve)!
You should see my basement! I have learned to just walk past the clutter down there with out looking at it. :)
Your Garage looks just like my shed. Take heart though, there was a period of time when my parents garage looked worse than your's. Things can always be worse.

Hey, I don't think your garage looks like a DISASTER area at all!!! It looks like a NORMAL, healthy-family's storage area... NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT!!!
And believe me, I have seen MUCH worse clutter than this, although I won't mention where or whose so as not to embarass anyone...
Also... just look at all the FUN stuff you have! That's a blessing by itself!
So just be thankful you have such cool stuff to fill your garage with... (SMILE!)
